Last summer,听with a renewed focus on the University鈥檚 procure-to-pay philosophy, I asked Etta Henry to serve in a dual role leading Procurement Services and Accounts Payable operations. The effective transition of these key business functions has noticeably increased customer focus and improved responsiveness.
