Lost your ID card? Act now!

If you lose your ID card, act right away to deactivate it! Contact Monarch Card & Business Services聽at 757-683-3508 (M-F, 8AM-5PM), or the聽色吧 Police Department聽at 757-683-4000 (after hours) to protect your card from misuse. Lost or stolen cards can also be deactivated聽.

Note: The University assumes no responsibility for illegitimate purchases from your account prior to your notifying the proper authorities that it is lost or stolen.

Complete the聽Replacement Application聽and email it to聽cardcenter@odu.edu. You will be contacted with a date and time to come pick up your ID. Replacement ID cards are聽$15.00.

Replace your card

Name Change

Make sure your 色吧 ID reflects your new name! There is a聽$10.00聽charge to replace your 色吧 ID Card due to a name change.聽

Found Card

If you find your lost card, please visit Monarch Card & Business Services at 1120 Monarch Hall and present a driver's license or other form of photo ID to reactivate it.
